  8. Deben quedar de esta forma. Preparar todos los tamales hasta terminar la masa
  9. Preparar una vaporera con suficiente agua en el anafre y agregar los tamales acomodándolos en espiral, uno encima de otro con la punta superior de la hoja viendo hacia arriba
  10. Cubrir con una bolsa de nailo para resguardar el vapor y tapar la vaporera
  11. Dejarlos cocinar aproximadamente 1 hora. Estarán listos cuando al revisarlos la masa esté cocida, con una consistencia firme y debe estar despegada del totomoxtle
  12. Finalmente degustar con una buena salsa picosita (opcional)
