    Rebana el aguacate hasta el momento de servir.
  7. Para servir, deshebra el pollo.
    En un plato sirve arroz rojo y pollo deshebrado.
    Añade el caldo y las verduras.
  8. Acompaña con cebolla, cilantro y chile serrano picados, añade aguacate y jugo de limón.
