- Cuando comience a hervir, tapar la sartén y cocinar a fuego bajo por unos 15 min dándoles vuelta ocasionalmente, mientras tanto, cortar finamente el ajo, perejil, apio finamente, en otra sartén, agregar una cda de aceite de la fritura del pollo, y agregar los champiñones troceados, el apio, perejil y ajo, saltear por un par de minutos.
