A los 45 minutos giras el pollo para dorarlo de ambos lados, todo esto a 180°C y los últimos 10 minutos puedes subir al máximo con el dorador.
  4. Todo lo acompañaras con un arroz blanco, y el pollo partido en presas. Sencillo, es un plato caliente que se come recién hecho.
