  3. Mientras el arroz se cocina, desmenuzar el pollo y colocar en un recipiente aparte. También puede rallar una zanahoria mediana, y picar las vainicas.
  4. En un procesador de alimentos, colocar los tomates en trozos, la media cebolla, medio chile dulce, 1/2 taza de caldo de pollo y hacer puré.
  5. Una vez listo el puré pone en un wok u olla alta con aceite de oliva y los condimentos. Adicionar las vainicas y dejarla cocinar en el puré, conforme se va secando puede ir añadiendo más caldo. Cuando las vainicas estén casi suaves, añada la lata de zanahoria y petipois sin su jugo. Siga cocinando por 7 minutos más y añada la zanahoria rallada 4 minutos después, añada el pollo y revuelva todo. (en este punto puede añadir más achiote si gusta y/o consomé de pollo
  6. Añada poco a poco el arroz y vaya revolviendo cada cierto tiempo para que se seque.
