- Poner a cocer el pollo que elegiste para desmenuzar con dos ajos, media cebolla y un puñito de sal. (en mi caso utilice pierna y muslo porque era lo que tenia en la nevera) pero puede ser pechuga para más fácil.
- Ya que esta el pollo cocido desmenuzarlo, (retirar la grasa, el ajo y la cebolla si gustan). Y reservar el caldo.
- En los platos agregar los totopos o la tortilla frita en tiras.
- Agregar dos rebanadas de jamón por plato partidas en cuadritos.
- Añadir al gusto de pollo por plato.
- Agregar aguacate yo le puse medio aguacate por plato pero es al gusto.
- Ahora es sólo si gustan pueden agregar un poco de cebolla picada.
- Al igual que Chile Serrano picado o Chile chipotle en mi caso fue Chile Serrano
- Y ahora lo único que tienes que hacer es agregar el caldo de pollo que reservamos hirviendo para que ablande un poco el totopo también le agregue el jugo de un limón pero ese ya es al gusto de cada quien.. Yo la verdad espero que lo intenten es riquísimo!!!!
