  1. Ingredientes, partimos los jitomates en cuatro y los ponemos a la licuadora junto con los ajos, cebolla y el consomé y una taza de agua
  2. Licuamos y reservamos, en una cazuela ponemos el aceite y la mantequilla cuando estén calientes agregamos el arroz y lo freímos, meneamos constantemente hasta que este cambie de color por un color dorado (no tome foto del aceite y mantequilla se me olvidó)
  3. Cuando esté dorado agregamos la mezcla y le ponemos otra taza de agua tapamos y bajamos fuego, esto por unos 20 minutos o hasta que este seco y cocido nuestro arroz. Ya que esté listo dejamos enfriar un poco y servimos. A disfrutar 😉
