  3. Ponemos a freír la carne molida con un poco de aceite, ya que esté frita agregamos las papas, las zanahorias y la calabaza ya escurridas y le ponemos sal al gusto. Agregar más agua si le gusta con caldo.
  4. Dejar hervir por 10 minutos y servir. Le pueden agregar arroz o frijoles. En mi caso le agregué el arroz con granos de elote.
